Your appointment is important and time is a valuable commodity. As such, notice of cancelation is required 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This notice allows for your session time to be rebooked and allocated to a client waiting for an appointment. Cancelations made with less than 24 hour's notice provided will result in the assessment of a cancelation fee of 50% of the scheduled session price. Missed appointments on no shows will incur a cancelation fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. All scheduled appointments are confirmed 24 hours prior to the session via email or text message based on the contact information provided in completed client intake forms.
